Travel: Best beach in Central Asia?

Travel: Best beach in Central Asia?

Landlocked country! No Problem! In fact many central Asian countries have some of the quietest beach and best resort for foreigners who want to visit. Local government put lots of efforts to advance tourism industries by protecting their bodies of water assets.

Best beach in Central Asia?
  1. Issyk Kul (Kyrgyzstan) - Located in the valley of snowcapped Tian Shan Mountain range, it's literally means "warm lake". This salt water lake is never freeze even during winter season. Although it can be quite windy sometimes, the clean sandy beaches are barely occupied even in the summer. You can ride a camel to reach the lake from nearby towns.: 38.4%
  2. Urungach (Uzbekistan) - Took 4 hour trip to mountain village Pskem in the Ugam Chatkal National Park at 1200 meters above the sea level, and another two hours of hiking up in the mountain to reach this mountain lake. Not many places where you can see this clear blue water at the edge of Tian Shan Mountain range.: 13.1%
  3. Aktau (Kazakhstan) - Located in the Caspian Sea. You can find a private beach like Nur or dostar beach. Rent a catamaran for a day or two and sails on the Caspian Sea.: 10.1%
  4. Awaza (Turkmenistan) - The most ill and controversial project that ever built in the country. The idea to boost tourism was in fact too expensive for locals, but for foreigners, this placed almost fully booked in the summer.: 10.1%
  5. Bilgah (Azerbaijan) - One of the oldest towns in Baku areas famous for its silkworm breeding and textile industries. The government takes special care to preserve the beauty of the beach along the Caspian Sea.: 10.1%
  6. Karakul (Tajikistan) - Landlocked but it doesn't mean that you can't find a great body of water. Karakul Lake is one of the favorite tourist destinations. Pretty much quiet except in July or August, the resort is pretty much empty in other months.: 10.1%
  7. Other: 8.1%

All the beaches that are listed on the menu are good and very nice in the Asia world, but the best among they all is the Issyk kul among the list.
It is one of the biggest beach that you can ever think of, because of it's mass environment space that it occupy.
And it a beach where most party occasion can take place, because of its large land that it occupied.

I heard a lot about Awaza. They call it Turkmenistan's Las Vegas, and also it is sad that they are trying to follow Dubai and their standards. I would like to see if they succeed in that. Would be nice to have so much money for that.

Mountain lakes are a good place to go on a holiday, when you want peace and quiet. The water has less undertow, and usually its more quiet than the ocean. Although most mountain lakes have greenish or brackish water, due to algae, this clear blue water in this mountain lake in Uzbekistan is nothing short of amazing.

Here are many beaches around the world. Going to all of them will definitely be a kinda herculean task. Well, I can search for some info about the beach. Europe houses many of these first class beaches. Uzbekistan is a country with small recognition around the world.
